Black Chickpea Hummus
2 cups sprouted black chickpeas (Hindi kala-channa)
1/2 cup soaked black sesame seeds
1 orange juice
1 lime juice (or lemon)
2 Tbsp olive oil
sea salt to taste
OPTIONAL:
1 green chili pepper
Blend well in the blender. Add more liquid if necessary, it will become thicker when you store it in the fridge.
