1 bottle gourd, cut in half lengthwise (Indian lauki or duddhi, a gourd with very light sweet taste)
1 lime, pealed (or lemon, organic if you do not want to peel it)

Juice it in a juicer, pour into a glass and drink.

Add a green apple if you like or need to produce more juice.
