Avocado Soup

For Dubravka

Serves 2

2 avocados, pealed and seeded (save one half and cut into chunks for garnish)
1 cucumber, peeled
1 whole tomatillo, remove papery husks (nice touch, skip it if you do not have it)

LIQUID:
1 cup freshly squeezed orange or tangerine juice
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

OTHER INGREDIENTS:
1 green chili pepper (remove the seeds if you do not like too spicy)
1 clove garlic, with peel
1 Tbsp ginger, with peel
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt 
1 cup fresh herbs (cilantro, parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, basil, oregano, mint, tarragon)

In a blender combine all and blend well.  Pour into a soup bowl and serve immediately.  
Garnish with pieces of avocado.  Top with green (basil or mint) leaves. 
Add more chunks of avocado in a serving bowl if you like your soup hearty.
